We have a gem mine but what about a pearl farm? This would be a double thing, oysters for food perhaps under the"fish" heading and pearls for gems to make rings, earrings, necklaces and such...just a thought. :side:

Also the oyster shells are nearly pure calcium so can be used for chicken food if they are ground up. it makes for harder egg shells.

Yes I do have on 'to do' list adding 'water based' farming so kelp and oysters would fit in with that.
