Although VivoSim is currently 'run' by only one person, it is also very much a 'community ', so as long as you have a little patience and try to always be polite to others, you should generally find it easy to get answers to your questions!
Please be aware though that nothing is manned '24/7', and we have many members from many different time zones.
This is probably the best way to ask a question. Anyone can post in the forum at https://vivosim.net/help/forum although if you have not logged into the website, not all topics are available to you.
You can leave a message with the greeter in Mintor welcome area (Mintor is located at hg.vivosim.net:8002:mintor) Also there are occasionally 'open house' community meetings in the Geodome on Mintor that run for about an hour. Check the sign outside for details of the times etc. You can come along at any time during the hour.
Live chat
Once logged into the website, there is a live chat facility that you can use to ask questions. Note that the chat is a 'real time' system, so your message is only seen by users that are also logged in at the same time you post.

Julian Beach [M]Julian Beach is a large traditional sandbox area with both land and water available for building, testing and playing. It is configured to use X-Engine for scripts and BulletSim for physics. <p">The region is health enabled (or damage enabled if you prefer!) which allows for testing but there is a strict policy of not inflicting any damage on other avatars without their express permission. At the north east side of Julian Beach you will find a region crossing into Sandy island. |

Il s'agit de la classification " générale " et les régions qui en sont dotées ne contiennent pas de contenu ou d'activités sexuellement explicites, violentes ou présentant de la nudité. Les régions générales sont des zones où vous devriez vous sentir libre de dire et de faire des choses que vous seriez à l'aise de dire et de faire en présence de votre grand-mère !
[M] - Modéré
La désignation modérée autorise la nudité et les comportements adultes en général, à l'exception des contenus sexuellement explicites. Notez que si une région adulte autorise des activités de type combat, il y aura un point d'entrée fixe où des informations seront disponibles, ce qui vous permettra de découvrir le contenu de la région avant d'y pénétrer complètement.
[A] - Adulte
Les régions pour adultes sont, sans surprise, celles où l'on peut trouver toutes sortes de comportements et de contenus pour adultes. VivoSim est une grille LGBTQ+ conviviale, et vous pouvez donc vous attendre à voir de nombreuses interactions dans de nombreuses combinaisons !

VivoSim a débuté sous le nom de "Quintonia", qui est né en partie des énergies du festival Quintasensual que j'ai lancé en 2014 - il y avait et il y a toujours de nombreuses discussions sur les moyens de créer une communauté queer solidaire et accueillante, en particulier lorsque les gens peuvent être séparés par de grandes distances. 
J'ai découvert les mondes virtuels il y a plusieurs années et j'y ai joué par intermittence, d'abord en créant une zone de rencontre gay dans Second Life, puis en découvrant la joie de pouvoir gérer mes propres mondes grâce à OpenSimulator. J'ai d'abord lancé Quintonia comme une grille sur le thème "Queer Virtual Worlds" et j'ai ainsi commencé à bricoler le système animalier SatyrFarm qui a grandi et évolué et maintenant VivoSim est devenu mon véhicule pour développer, étendre et partager ce système.
VivoSim est une expérience, mais la plupart des choses le sont ! J'attends avec impatience de voir comment il se développe et j'invite tous les commentaires, après tout, c'est la raison d'être de la communauté.

Certain areas in VivoSim may have an adult theme, and so are only accessible to those that have their 18+ verified and on file.
When you register you supply your date of birth (DOB) so we can record your age.
You can also contact us to arrange for verification.
Please note that supplying a false DOB goes against the terms of service and it's generally easy to spot someone under age!

Mintor [G]Mintor is the 'back to nature' welcoming area for Quintonia. It's a great place to start when you are new to virtual worlds, plus it's ideal if you need some chill time. It's also a great place for meetings and chats. |

Welcome centre
The welcome centre is where you first arrive in VivoSim.
There are teleporters to various locations in Mintor, as well as to the other areas and VivoSim. You can also page admins if they are on-line.
You will find various information about Mintor, VivoSim and virtual worlds here (we are slowly adding stuff, please be patient with us!).

This is where you can contact admins either directly if they are in-world, or by leaving a message (post notecards in the letterbox or type a message to our friendly helper).
Nature reserve
The nature reserve is a place you can wander and take in the animals. You can travel on foot or pick up a horse by the welcome centre.
There is a mountain-top observation deck, a geodome meeting space and a few other surprises awaiting discovery!

Art gallery
A space for art displays by anyone that is interested in putting on a show. There is also a cafe space, great for meeting and chatting with others.

Learning centre
The learning centre features a "sandbox" i.e. an area where anyone can freely build and experiment. Anything there can stay for two days so plenty of time to build. If you need longer, just take it into your inventory then back out to get another two days.
We will also be adding some learning information and also hope to run some courses here.

Farm
The farm is a working area that anyone can help out on. You can help plant, water and harvest crops, tend to the animals & make produce. It's also a nice place just to hang out with some reading and meditating areas.
