Storage Problems

Utility Storage starts out with 4%; when I added two skins, it was still 4%.

Meat Storage starts out, also, at 4% and when I added one each of two different items, the amount remained at 4%.

As an aside, manure that was only hours old removed itself because it was expired. This happened 3x of four herds, I currently have.

I've noticed that sometimes after a region restarts, products that are out can become reset and then when added to storage they don't increase the value. I'm going to add a message to let you know this has happened (plus also look at ways to stop it in the first place) so that may be what you are seeing?
