Cigarette paper is made from thin and lightweight "rag fibers" (nonwood plant fibers) such as flax, hemp, sisal, rice straw, and esparto.
Cigars are made of three distinct components: the filler, the binder leaf which holds the filler together, and a wrapper leaf, which is often the best leaf used.

You can use the weed to make a pipe with the SF Drinks maker (Bar) but I agree cigars and cigarettes could be added at some point. ????

lol it funny i was told i have to stop smoking in RL, but i want to start in here.

I am a forced non-smoker of cigarettes that was strong-armed into smoking a pipe in RL now , and I smoke cigs here in the virtual world now too..it works. And I love the SL pipes too.

Recommend 3 new "production stations".
1. Wood Shredder==makes wood chips and wood shreds.
2. Wood Pulper ==makes wood pulp
3. Paper Maker (a crafting station) uses wood pulp to create different SF "paper" products. Rolling paper, Toilet paper, etc. Or tobacco leaves to make "cigar wrappers".
Then a recipe could be created in one or more "production" stations to create the cigarette-joint-cigar
