I've had a few people ask how to make toilet paper rolls so thought would post here. At the moment there isn't really a 'making' thing, instead you make it by putting items into the SF Shop which you can find in four different designs - two in the Buildings box (a shop and a wagon) and two in the Crafting box (a trolley and a cash register)You can also get from the Quintonia exchange using your Quintos.
