HUD Version 6.06

There is an updated HUD now available from Mintor & Lugo stores.  I'm hoping this fixes the issue of people getting awarded multiple XP in a very short time. It also fixes the issue where HUD would not work on X-Engine regions.

Please note that the older HUDs will no longer work for XP.

Does this give 1 xp for one comleted bar , I was on 6.o4 last nigth and did not get 1 point for a bar completion. 

When the lower bar gets full, the upper bar should increase. When both upper and lower bar are full you get 1 XP. Note that the upper bar will start off at zero for the new HUD, but will update to the coreect amount next time the lower gets to max.

my bar just completed a full range again todsy and again no points same as last night.

Yes, you had 0.8 and that took you to 0.9. That means you should get the 1 XP when this current bar fills up.

now we need an indicator for the o.1 to 1.0 info. LOL
