Really sorry to hear you are still having problems. First thing to check is in the config notecard as there is a setting USE_POINTS=1 so check it's not saying USE_POINTS=0

Then you can check on the HUD, under Settings then Metabolic rate is not set to Low (which would require 120 hours of in-world time - that's the same is being in world 24x7 for 5 days)

If both above okay, select to edit the HUD and look at the values. It will start with something along the lines of  H;29;5;60;100;80;      the number in the 6th position (80 in this example) is the percent along to getting your points.  Make a note of that and after a while check again to see it is increasing
