You can set who can see what using the Privacy option on the Profile menu. Also each time you post, you can choose the privacy level just for that post using the globe icon

Just add any image into the inventory of the Exchange to have it use that picture.

You can link one or more social accounts so that you can then login by just clicking the social icon button - no need to remember passwords! From the Profile menu select Linked social accounts

The option on the Profile menu  Customise My Page allows you to edit the layout and also add or remove widgets.

You can set the top image on your profile page - perhaps set it to a photo from your home region?  Just select the Profile cover option.
