Kwh Power to cook a meal, toilet paper and newspaper.

Ok I have looked high and low for information on creating toilet paper and newspaper. Then tonight I decided to try and cook a meal and I need kwh or kj and I don't even know where to begin to find the fuel I need to cook. The menu doesn't ask for wood. LOL I went to the Help Guide and now the guide website says the guide can't be found. Can anyone help me LOL I am tired of eating coconuts and apples LOL and well going to the loo has become very troublesome. Thank you!!
