Just a general question

my question is how active is it I do not believe this system could be done alone

just to let people know buzzy released this only because of the scan distance that i reported to him as the old version was only scanning 22 meters this wasn't a updates for everyone it was released As a BETA for anyone that wanted to play around with it and better it, as you may not be aware buzzy as ive been told by a few close to buzzy or people that may know him he isn't very well that why he's not on as much as he would like to be, buzzy has done an amazing job over the past 4+ years getting this system to where it is today.... this is a opensource project meaning anyone can make the changes to what ever they want with the system, as long as its kept full perm and everything unlocked.....

I not seen much work as of late being done on this project script wise and most what I am seeing being done is being done by people that not involved in the project persay so my question is there anyone still working on this at all?

I’ve been using the farming system for some years and have seen the ebb and flow of how it goes. As an open source project it is truly up to users to keep it alive. Buzzy has and is doing a great job over all these years.I would love to see users get together, get organized, and plan for further development. Recruiting scripters, mesh creators, beta testers, anything to help keep this project going. So if you and everyone else is willing to collaborate, I will definitely put forth the effort as well.

yes he has done a lot I did not mean that I am just saying that there is still some issues and such and I not heard nothing in regards to that. As far as being active I have been not in scripting I admit but I made entire brewery. If I knew scripting yes I try to tackle some of the issue but I do not and that is what I was talking really

I hear you, and I myself have had some of the same questions before. I’m not a scripter either. The best I can do is try modifying some scripts. Not always successful though.
Lately I have been trying to learn basic Blender. I want to download some new free fruit trees and mesh plants from 3D mesh sites and get them in OpenSim and part of the farming system. I think there is enough interest in the project to maybe get more users making new products like you have done with your brewery, or contributing in other ways.Thanks for bringing up the topic because without discussion and sharing knowledge I am afraid the project will just fade away.
