The key settings are
osslParcelOG = "PARCEL_GROUP_MEMBER,PARCEL_OWNER"
and
Allow_osMakeNotecard = ${OSSL|osslParcelOG}ESTATE_MANAGER,ESTATE_OWNER

It has to be made on the actual server so would need to be done by the grid owner. 1 month ago
